The Right Mindset to Make More Internet Income

What makes some people successful on the Internet while most are not?
It is their mindset.
What is “mindset”? Wikipedia defines mindset as
A mindset, in decision theory and general systems theory, refers to a set of assumptions, methods or notations held by one or more people or groups of people which is so established that it creates a powerful incentive within these people or groups to continue to adopt or accept prior behaviours, choices, or tools. This phenomenon of cognitive bias is also sometimes described as mental inertia, “groupthink”, or a “paradigm”, and it is often difficult to counteract its effects upon analysis and decision making processes.
This definition is probably more than any of us wanted to know. The part that is important to this post is, “a set of assumptions … held by one or more people … which is so established that it creates a powerful incentive within these people … to continue to adopt or accept prior behaviours, choices, or tools.”
When you join an Internet program, do you expect to succeed? Or, do you think, “Let me try this one. It sure sounds good. Let’s see what happens. This sounds like it will work.”

If you don’t expect to succeed, I can almost guarantee you, you won’t. You need to believe you can succeed. Starting in a new program with the “Let’s see what happens” attitude will result in nothing happening.
We all have seen programs advertising
- No Investment
- No Recruiting
- Nothing for You To Do
- Be Rich by Tomorrow
Yes, I exaggerated a little but you get the idea. Do you believe those ads or do you just hope they are true?
Did you stop and think about
- How can they do this?
- Who is going to do the work?
- Where is the money going to come from?
- How can it possibly work?
If you really believe that you can make a lot of money without doing anything, I hope you have a rich uncle and are in his will.
The Internet millionaires treat their Internet ventures as a business. They go to work every day. Going to work may mean walking to a different room in their home but they go to work. They spend time every day working at their Internet business. They make plans and they follow them. They do not sit back and wait to see what happens. This is how they became millionaires.
If you are not willing to work at your internet business, I would suggest that you save your money because you will not make more internet income.
The whole purpose of this blog is to teach you how to become successful. I learned the hard way and I would like to help you avoid the mistakes that so many people make. But, you have to have the right mindset.
It is my business and it requires work.
