It is only fair that the first product that I review is the reason this blog exists. I kept reading more and more about making money from blogs. I was seeing lots of ads for ebooks and products to help monetize blogs. So my curiosity was aroused and I started doing my research.

I found lots of information about blogging in general, most of which talked about monetizing your blog. There are many free blogging sites available, Goggle’s Blogger being the most popular. But everything I read indicated that Wordpress was the most powerful blogging software for the serious blogger.

The problem I learned with Wordpress is that it takes a lot of time to learn how to use it effectively and can be very technical. It is easy to really mess up your blog if you don’t know what you are doing.

While I was doing my research on Wordpress, I luckily found a review for Alex Sysoef’s Web 2.0 Wealth. Here is a portion of that review.

Usually, to setup a Wordpress blog, you would first download and configure the blog itself, then go to the Wordpress site and download each plugin, install each plugin and try to figure out how to configure the plugin. Web 2.0 Wealth saves you hours and hours by including the plugins with the blog code itself - one step instead of 40. The Web 2.0 Wealth videos also show you the optimum settings for bringing traffic and converting that traffic into money from your blog.

That was enough for me. If I was going to start a Wordpress blog, I was going to use Web 2.0 Wealth. Boy am I glad I did.

Web 2.0 Wealth is an incredible product. Most products of this quality and depth cost several hundred dollars. I cannot begin to estimate the hours Alex spent putting this package together. The system guides you step-by-step through the process from wanting a blog all the way through having a complete, money-making blog using very professional videos. By following Alex’s instructions you will make money the first week your blog is online. You don’t have to understand RSS feeds, Technorati, trackbacks, tagging or other things you don’t have time to learn. It will all be explained.

(To use Wordpress, you do need a domain name and a place to host your blog but Web 2,0 Wealth walks you through that as well.)

On top of a great product, Web 2.0 Wealth provides fantastic support through its forum. Questions are usually answered within 24 hours.

One last thing which really impressed me. I decided to get the VIP membership because I was concerned about how technically challenging Wordpress can be.

With a VIP membership, not only do you receive additional training over the next six months but at the end of the six months you no longer pay for the VIP membership but remain a VIP member. I was very impressed by an individual that quites taking your money.

If there is a better value on the market to start a Wordpress blog and make money, I didn’t find it.

Strengths:

Weaknesses:

You need a domain name and a place to host your blog. (This isn’t really a weakness but might deter a few.)
As you can imagine, technical changes can make some information in the videos out dated. With the amount of information provided with Web 2.0 Wealth and the speed with which technology changes, it would be impossible for Alex to keep everything 100% current. He is constantly updating things via the videos, forum and email.

Recommendation:

If you are serious about making money with a blog, this product that will get you there faster than anything else.
If you feel intimated by Wordpress but know it is the best way to make money from your blog, this product will get you passed all the technical aspects of Wordpress so you can just enjoy writing your blog.
Get the VIP upgrade. The extra instruction is worth it. And, remember, you only pay for it for 6 months and then it is free.
